The meeting will be on February 26th from 6:30-7:30pm at Tokeneke School. The theme of the evening is "cheerfulness." Even in the dark of winter, we can come out to have fun together and see the bright side of life! Danny, who is sure to amuse, describes his comedy magic show as a "fast-paced, hilarious encounter with mind-boggling magic."
Scouts can first take their shot at the Guessing Jar...and try to see how many black and white jellybeans fill the jar! Don't forget to submit your scouts' Good Turns too.
Join Pack 161 on Thursday, February 25th at Tokeneke School from 6:30-7:30pm for a fun night of physics and siege engines!
The evening will start with a brief discussion of the basics of physics to help the boys get ready for the big competition. Following the intro each Den will participate in a round robin competition with catapults doing their best to knock down as many targets as possible – just like a live action version of Angry Birds. The winner from each den will then compete to take home the grand prize!
Scouts won’t want to miss the Guessing Jar, which will be filled with warheads candy. And as always, nominate your scouts for Good Turn if they have done something particularly thoughtful this month.
