Calling all scouts...step right up! It's the first Pack Night of the year and our theme is Under the Big Top! The theme of the evening will be "cooperation." Join us for fun relay games between dens....a great way to learn healthy competition and working in teams.
Please arrive at 6:15pm sharp, the show begins promptly at 6:30pm! Don't forget to bring your nominations for Good Turn and your old Tiger, Wolf or Bear scout items (books, neckerchiefs, etc.) to donate to scouts in need. Scouts will take their guesses at the animal cracker guessing jar and the winner will take it home...
We will kick off our first Pack Night of the year on Tuesday, September 23rd from 6:30-7:30pm with a treasure hunt/geocache around the Tokeneke School property. Scouts will go from clue to clue with treats along the way in search of their final treasure booty! Each scout who participates will receive a prize. The hunt is rain or shine! Scouts should come dressed in full scout uniform, comfortable "hunting" shoes, a sweatshirt or jacket, and a flashlight (optional). Webelos, bring a simple compass if possible!
Scouts can take a turn at the guessing jar of gold coins. Winner takes home the jar.
Don't forget to nominate your scout for good turn!
Parents - please bring any forms due and checks for Pack dues if necessary.
Come join us for our annual Spring Family Campout at the Seton Scout Reservation in Greenwich! The program runs on May 17-18 from 10am Sat to 10am Sun.
We’ll join other Cub Scout Packs from across the Powahay District (Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, New Canaan, Wilton, and Norwalk) for the Powahay Space Jam Cub-O-Ree and Webelos WOW!
Tigers and Wolves will learn archery, crafts, nature, and participate in a special space program. Bears and Webelos will work on Webelos activity pins in Fire Building/Cooking, Forestry, Readyman, Knots/Camping, and fire BB guns on a safety range. We will all come together for a Big Blast Off model rocket launch and a big evening campfire. Our Pack will camp overnight together, always a big highlight for the boys.
Scouts should be accompanied by a parent, and siblings are welcome to join. Fees are $25 per scout or sibling, $18 per adult - these cover all meals and camping fees plus commemorative t-shirt and patch for scouts/siblings.
